Jesus said, "Be perfect as your heavenly Father is perfect." Do you happen to know anyone ever besides Jesus who is as perfect as the heavenly Father? The OT and NT both say "David is a man after God's own heart." That is a man stalking Basheba and arranging for her husband to be murdered. Humanly, we cannot know what being spotless means and being ready for the Rapture. However, Jesus gave clues, he said, "Be MERCIFUL as your heavenly FATHER is MERCIFUL." In the Sermon on the Mount, -Jesus "Blessed are the MERCIFUL, they shall receive MERCY." God is MERCIFUL. He expects one thing from us to be spotless, to be merciful toward the poor, homeless, prisoner, sick and dying. He is not asking us to be Virgin Mary spotless, that type of spotless will never happen in this life for any human. Anyone working on being spotless and therefore being better than the rest of us losers, good luck!
